The Committee on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 20 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Social Security of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine" (re Change of Sources of Payment of Administrative-and-Household Sanctions and Penalty)

The bill (Reg. No. 8302) amends part three of clause 20 of the Law "On the Fundamentals of Social Security of Persons with Disabilities in Ukraine", changing the sources of payment of administrative-and-household sanctions and penalty for the non-observance of established standard of working places for the persons with disabilities. The sanctions and penalties shall be paid out of expenditures.

The Committee upholds the legislative initiative which strengthens social security of the persons with disabilities.
